Turning Centers

Clean Machine is set up to handle nearly all your turning requirements.  Our ten CNC turning centers can produce parts from .08" diameter and .100" in length to 24.4" in diameter and 80" in overall length. 

Our machines are equipped with specialized chucking systems to maximize set up efficiencies and improve part-to-part clamping accuracy.  Our programming staff has developed complex macros that allow for in process tooling verification to help ensure the accuracy of your components.

We can address your tight tolerance turned parts on our 2 & 3-axis turning centers.  Clean Machine can also address your feature intensive machined components that are best suited to be machined on multi-tasking lathes.
